Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Amy Mohr was raised in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania. She attended Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Communication in 2002. During her undergraduate studies, she also served as captain of the equestrian team.
Following graduation, Dr. Mohr worked as an environmental consultant while continuing her education at Shippensburg University, where she earned a Master of Science in Biology. Her lifelong love of animals later brought her to Texas, where she attended Parker University in Dallas. There, she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Anatomy and in Health and Wellness. She also completed Parker University’s Animal Chiropractic program.
Dr. Mohr has a strong passion for learning and patient education and is committed to empowering patients to take an active role in their care. She values the multidisciplinary approach at Texas Medical Institute, which supports comprehensive treatment and helps optimize patient recovery and outcomes.
Outside of the office, Dr. Mohr enjoys riding her horse, spending time with her dogs, and being with her family.
